APPLICATIONS

    DW5 is a polyolefin material heat shrinkable tubing that complies with current environmental regulations. It is widely used in industrial and commercial fields, such as outer insulation protection of wire splices, metal pipes, electronic components, and so on.

The 125°C environmentally friendly flame-retardant heat shrinkable tube is made of radiation cross-linked polyolefin material and is halogen-free, free of bromine and other toxic heavy metal elements that exceed the standard. It complies with environmental protection requirements and does not produce toxic gases when burned. It has softness, low shrinkage temperature, and excellent mechanical strength resistance. Its main function is the electrical insulation of connectors. It is widely used in fields such as electronic communications and automobile industries.

    As the name suggests, heat shrink tubing refers to a casing that is heated and shrunk. The insulation withstand voltage level can reach a long-term operation in a 600V voltage environment. It does not breakdown at 600V and can not breakdown in 2500V for 60 seconds. It is the most popular electronic component at present. The most commonly used insulating protective sleeve for devices.

    Where is insulating heat shrink tubing suitable for use?

    The insulating heat shrinkable tube is made of radiation coach polyolefin (PE) material. Its main functions are point insulation of connectors, rust prevention of solder joints, and wire harness protection. It is widely used in electronic insulation, automobile wiring harness manufacturing and other fields.
