APPLICATIONS

    The ultra thin wall heat shrinkable tubing is thinner than the general purpose DW5 tubing. In addition to the same application as DW5, its ultra thin wall thickness has lower shrink temperature and faster shrinkage speed. It is used for the connector protection in the high density space and reduces the damage to temperature-sensitive components when heating.

OPERATING TEMPERATURE RANGE

  • Continuous operating temperature: -55℃ ~ 125℃
  • Minimum shrink temperature: 60℃
  • Full recovery temperature: Above 110˚C

    The 125°C halogen-free ultra-thin flame-retardant heat shrinkable tube is made of radiation cross-linked polyolefin material. It has excellent physical, chemical and electrical properties. The ultra-thin wall thickness is more suitable for protecting micro electronic devices. At the same time, the product has been improved in terms of halogen-free and flame retardant. To meet more customer needs, the main functions of this product are wire harness protection, electrical insulation of connectors, solder joint rust and corrosion prevention, mechanical protection, etc. The wall thickness of ultra-thin heat shrink tubing is very thin, about 50% thinner than that of normal heat shrink tubing.
