APPLICATIONS

The outer layer is made of radiation cross-linked polyolefin, and the inner layer is coated with hot melt adhesive. After heating, the outer protective layer is formed, and the inner hot melt adhesive forms an adhesive layer which can protect against water and fix the object firmly, and has good adhesion to rubber, PVC, PE, and aluminum. This tubing can be used in various fields of repairing wires and waterproof requirements.

    The adhesive double-walled heat shrinkable tube is made of a double layer of soft polyolefin and hot melt adhesive. The outer polyolefin layer is soft and the inner wall hot melt adhesive can buffer mechanical strain and have strong sealing properties. The main function is to seal, waterproof, anti-corrosion, and prevent air leakage. It is used for insulation protection of wires and cables that need to be sealed, waterproof, and moisture-proof. The special glue coating process can provide insulation, sealing, waterproof and moisture-proof protection for intermediate connectors, terminals, automobile wires, marine cables, wiring harnesses, metal pipes, etc. It is especially suitable for the shipbuilding industry and can be well used in ship offshore work and marine cable joints. It is mainly used for waterproofing and moisture-proofing of wire connections, automobile wires, wiring harnesses, and metal pipes, as well as insulation and sealing protection. Long-term working temperature: -45℃ to +125℃. Minimum shrinkage temperature: 70℃, complete shrinkage temperature: 110℃.

    Double-walled heat shrink tubing is made of a double-layer structure of polyolefin flame-retardant material and hot-melt adhesive. The outer layer of polyolefin is soft, flame-retardant, and shrinks at low temperatures. The inner layer of hot-melt adhesive can buffer mechanical strain and has strong sealing properties. It is often used when the protected object is deformed due to high temperature. It is easy to shrink at low temperature to prevent damage to the product when shrinking at high temperature. UV resistant, outer layer flame retardant.
