APPLICATIONS

PTFE heat shrinkable tubing is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which has the lowest friction coefficient and excellent corrosion resistance in plastics, and performs very well in high and low temperature resistance. The excellent electrical, physical and chemical properties of PTFE can be applied to a variety of strict environmental fields.


OPERATING TEMPERATURE RANGE

  • Continuous operating temperature: -65℃ ~ 260℃
  • Full recovery temperature: Above 350˚C

    PTFE Teflon heat shrink tubing is made of polytetrafluoroethylene and has the characteristics of high temperature resistance (260°C), corrosion resistance, high insulation, and excellent mechanical strength. It is widely used in important scientific and technological industries such as electronics, computers, electric heating, aerospace, military, and communications. It is usually used in hydraulic pipelines and their joints to protect pipelines from corrosion. Because it has very high mechanical strength and extremely low friction coefficient, it is the first choice protective product for protecting stressed shafts and shaft-related products.

    Teflon heat shrink tubing is made of imported high-quality polytetrafluoroethylene (commonly known as the King of Plastics) resin and processed by special methods. This product has the advantages of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and good mechanical strength. It is widely used in various fields such as machinery, electronic chemical industry, and communications.
