It has come to our attention that the official promotional posters and visual designs used by Yueqing City DUWAI Electric Co., Ltd. (DOWE) during the 2019 Hannover Messe in Germany have been unauthorizedly copied, modified, and widely

disseminated by certain industry peers and third-party entities.

1. Statement of Ownership

Yueqing City DUWAI Electric Co., Ltd. hereby declares that it holds the exclusive intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and design rights, for all posters, graphics, and promotional materials showcased at the 2019

Hannover Messe. These materials, featuring our core products such as the busbar insulator, low voltage insulator, and various insulator support solutions, are the result of DOWE’s original R&D and creative design.

2. Quality Warning and Brand Recognition

The unauthorized use of our visual identity by other companies is a deceptive practice that may mislead customers regarding the origin and quality of the products. DOWE is a brand synonymous with high-performance electrical insulation. We urge our global partners and customers to:

· Recognize the DOWE Brand: Ensure you are sourcing directly from Yueqing City DUWAI Electric Co., Ltd or our authorized distributors.

· Prioritize Quality: DOWE's busbar insulators and low voltage insulators undergo rigorous testing to meet

international standards. Products marketed using our stolen visuals by other entities do not carry the DOWE quality guarantee and may pose safety risks.

3. Legal Recourse and Claim for Damages

Any unauthorized use of DOWE’s intellectual property constitutes a violation of international copyright laws. We reserve the right to take all necessary legal actions against infringing parties, including but not limited to seeking injunctions and pursuing full compensation for economic losses and brand damage caused by such infringement.
